• Papers will be accepted until September 30^th. Papers should be sent to the conference e-mail:  bioenergy-conference@ipportalegre.pt. In the submission e-mail authors must indicate the type of presentations they wish (oral or poster). Nevertheless, the scientific committee reserves the right to choose the type of presentation wherever appropriate.
• Acceptance notices will be sent on October 11^th.
• All authors must register electronically at the conference website and pay the corresponding fee until October 18^th , to validate their participation and guarantee the inclusion of their presentation in the conference program.

The 3^rd Bioenergy International Conference will be held on 6 to 8 November 2024 in Jaén (Spain).

This conference is organized by researchers of the Polytechnique Institute of Portalegre (Portalegre, Portugal), and University of Jaén (Jaén, Spain) and its goal is to to join academics, researchers and companies in an international forum to discuss matters related to bioenergy technologies, economic and policy aspects.
We believe that we must rethink, personally, institutionally and corporately, biomass and waste management, biomass conversion processes, biomass applications and bio-products’ end-use.  That’s why we have created this conference, to contribute to the discussion of these issues and push forward on a more efficient use of biogenic resources at an international level.

Paper submission deadline: 09th September 2024
Acceptance notification (poster or oral presentation) and reviews: 27th September 2024
Registration and payment deadline: 11th October 2024
Final paper submission: 28th October 2024
