In continuation of our circular no. Ref : No.8/SISSTA/54th A.C./001, dt. 25.04.2025, we
are pleased to inform that the SISSTA’s 54th Annual Convention will be held on
19th & 20th September, 2025 at SHREE CONVENTION, Lane Beside Srinivasam,
Korlagunta, Tirupati-517501, Andhra Pradesh, M: 082353 83838.
Many well-known dignitaries like CMD’s, Directors, CEOs, HODs, Senior / Middle
Management Executives etc., from the Sugar mills, Scientists from research institutes,
Sugar machinery manufacturers, Sugar engineers, Technologists, Agronomists and other
sugar professionals related with the industry are expected to participate.
We kindly request the members, technocrats, research scientists and suppliers to share
their ideas and experiences in the form of “Technical Papers” to publish in the
convention proceedings and to present during the convention. Authors are requested to
send their papers under Sugarcane, Engineering & Co-gen, Process, By-Products and
Management to sissta68@gmail.com on or before the extended due date of
31.07.2025.
The proposed delegation fee pattern is as follows. It may please be paid by D.D. or
Bank Transfer to The South Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologists’
Association, S.B. A/c No. 30705634820, State Bank of India, Gandhi Nagar Branch,
Adyar, Chennai-20, IFSC Code No. SBIN0017871. Spot registration can also be done
at the registration counter of the venue.

the Indian Sugar Industry.
IV. Hotel Tariff:
We attach the list of hotels with tariff details for the convenience of the delegates to
book accommodation.
