Mr. Ravi Gupta is President of Shree Renuka Sugars Limited, one of the largest sugar and ethanol producers in the world. In a career spanning 24 years, Mr. Ravi Gupta has been closely associated with Agro Commodity Business in strategic, business management and leadership roles with some of the major giants in Agro commodity business such as Louis Dreyfus, Australian Wheat Board, Bajaj Hindusthan Limited. He was leading Noble India agri business as Managing Director prior to Shree Renuka Sugars Limited. He has been actively involved in sugar and ethanol industry since last 20 years and have worked closely with the Industry and Government for implementation of fuel ethanol program. He is the member of CII National Committee on Bio-energy and various other forums and is a regular speaker at National and International conferences.

Nitin Gadkari is the current Minister for Road Transport & Highways of India and Shipping Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Government of India. Gadkari earlier served as the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from 2010-13. He is also known for his work as the Public Works Department Minister of the State of Maharashtra, where, under his leadership, a series of roads, highways and flyovers across the state were constructed – including the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, India’s first six-lane concrete, high-speed expressway.

Tom Secretan, Senior Research Analyst at ED&F Man has 10 years of experience in the commodity and finance industry.
Tom started his career in the City of London, moving into a quantitative analysis role at Kleinwort Benson bank before joining ED&F Man in 2011.
His expertise includes fundamental research into the sugar market for both physical and futures, global supply and demand projections and tradeflow analysis.
Tom holds an MSc in Finance & Commodities from Birkbeck University College London and is a Mathematics BSc graduate from Sheffield University.
