India’s bioenergy programme has entered a new phase following the successful achievement of E20 blending ahead of schedule. With flex-fuel vehicles beginning to enter the market, discussions around higher ethanol blends gaining momentum, and increasing focus on sustainability and clean mobility, the sector is at an important point of transition. This presents a timely opportunity for industry, policymakers and other stakeholders to come together and deliberate on the future direction of India’s bioenergy ecosystem. Against this backdrop, AIDA is organising the Green Energy Seminar 2026 on 2 September 2026 in New Delhi under the theme “Clean Mobility Pathways for India’s Energy Future.” The Seminar will bring together senior government officials, policymakers, OEMs, state government representatives, industry leaders and other stakeholders to discuss key issues relating to ethanol sustainability, flex-fuel vehicles, future blending pathways and India’s post-E20 roadmap.
